Der Zusammenhalt. Mitarbeiter Ausflüge wie z.B. Herbstfest
- Jeder Mitarbeiter wird hoch geschätzt
- man hat immer das Gefühl, dass die Kollegen ein offenes Ohr füreinander haben
- Teilnahme an Workshops, an denen man auch mit Kollegen aus anderen Abteilungen zusammenwächst
Man findet immer ein offenes Ohr und kann jederzeit zur Geschäftsführung gehen wenn man ein Problem hat.
Das Team ist einfach toll, hilfsbereit und lustig. Es macht Spass hier zu arbeiten.

Auf die Kariere in diesem Hotel hatte man schnell wenig Lust, da man mitbekommen hat, dass viele Mitarbeiter dort nur befristete 1 Jahres Verträge bekommen, die immer wieder nur verlängert worden sind. Zu- oder absagen, ob der Vertrag nun verlängert wird, hat man immer sehr spät erhalten. Man wurde hingehalten.
