-Aufgabenverteilung sollte verbessert bzw. mal geplant werden
-Feedback sollte ernst genommen werden, was derzeit nicht so ist
-Kantine viel zu überteuert
-Kaffe 95 cent, welcher gestreckt wird (so schmeckt er zumindest)
Im Moment nicht so gutes unteres Management. Sehr schlechte Betriebliche Altersvorsorge.
Ist ein Automobilzulieferer, und somit von den Automobilherstellern abhängig
Suggestions for improvement
Fachlich war die Führung solide, menschlich jedoch stellenweise distanziert. Was mir negativ in Erinnerung bleibt, ist der Umgang mit Abschieden auf Führungsebene. Keine persönliche Verabschiedung oder kurze Nachricht am letzten Arbeitstag von den obersten Führungskräften aus der eigenen Abteilung empfand ich nach über 8 Jahren Betriebszugehörigkeit als wenig wertschätzend.
-Strengere Kontrollen für Homeoffice
-Ausbilder sollten keine Abwesenheit haben wenn ihre Azubis da sind
- Abteilungsdurchläufe sollten klar strukturiert und geplant werden

Es gibt allerdings keine Karriereplanung oder Förderung durch Vorgesetzte.
Also Schulungsangebote ja, Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten nein.
Kollegen berichten: Die besten Azubis (IT) werden aufgrund von wirtschaftlicher Lage nicht übernommen, also wieso überhaupt ausbilden????
