The atmosphere is excellent. This I think comes from a flat EU hierarchy, room for growth and progression and the home office opportunity.

Lack of communication and respect from upper and middle management towards the employees.
That the communication within the company is that low that emloyees more and more do not identify themselves with the company. That parts of the management team show severe deficits in knowledge, soft skills and the ability to lead.

Deficits of leadership in personnel management must be closed - employees not only are numbers! Create functioning processes and test (!) before starting them to avoid chaos and problems that negatively influence projects and customers.
Think local as your clients are local and also check the leading and field competence of your leading troops (ask their employees they know best)
Don't change everything at once and involve the employees more in new developments and decisions. "Use" the knowledge of the employees as there is much Knowledge and experience available.
The processes need a little more structure and going forward, communications from Management will need to be a little stronger.

Most of the employees see themselves as part of one team and try to achieve goals together. The atmosphere between colleagues is pretty good.
There are little squabble here and there but in general the atmosphere is super friendly.

Training often didactically weak and not well prepared. "McKinsey knowledge" is passed on to employees unreflected. Huge problems of leadership to create functioning processes.
Chances to development further are rather low in many departments. Training so far was not-existing or only very basic. Many important developments in the pharma area are not adequately trained. Currently there are plans to improve the training situation as all.
I have been here for a while and have seen many career moves / progressions - this is the advantage of being part of a relatively small team that is expanding dramatically. I am in my 40s and this is my best employer to date. I'm really happy here!
