Regelarbeitszeiten von Mo-Fr sind sehr gut mit Familie zu vereinbaren. Keine Schicht- oder Nachtarbeit oder solche Scherze. Gut - in der Frühlingssaison ist viel zu tun, da muss man auch mal paar extra Stunden an ein paar Samstagen ran. Das aber auch nur, wenn es gar nicht vermeidbar ist. Stunden kann man dann anderswo einsetzen und gen Spätsommer- Herbst mal abfeiern oder sich halt bezahlen lassen. Generell recht wenig Urlaub, daher sind paar Stunden gar nicht schlecht.
