Den Zusammenhalt im Team
Bei der Pleil GmbH herrscht ein sehr positives, familiäres und offenes Klima. Anregungen und Vorschläge können jederzeit geäußert werden und finden ein offenes Ohr.
Dem Unternehmen ist es außerdem wichtig, dass sich jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter wohl fühlt. Man ist nicht nur eine Zahl, sondern zählt auch als Mensch.

Der interne Umgang mit den Mitarbeitenden passt überhaupt nicht zum Image. Die Feedback-Kultur ist katastrophal, obwohl es nach außen anders dargestellt wird. Arbeitsequipment ist ebenfalls zu wenig vorhanden.
Suggestions for improvement
Die Kommunikation sollte dringend angegangen werden. Es gibt zwar viele Meetings, aber sie führen zu keinem Ergebnis, und jeder handelt weiterhin nach eigenem Ermessen.
