Hier wird jeder eingestellt, sogar die, die gar nix können und auch weder Deutsch noch Englisch sprechen (ok ist doch nicht gut aber mir fällt auch sonst nichts ein)

Jeder im Büro erzählt einem etwas anderes und bei Problemen ist niemand zuständig. Man wird bei Problemen immer nur vertröstet oder an jemand anderes weiter geschickt, der dann aber auch wieder nicht zuständig ist. Mitarbeiter werden kurzfristig vor vollendete Tatsachen gestellt. Telefonisch sollte man hier gar nichts klären, nur schriftlich, denn alles was am Telefon besprochen wurde zählt nichts, da man ja nichts schriftliches in der Hand hat um es zu belegen, dies wird sehr gerne vom Büro ausgenutzt. Kritik ...
Oft Fehler in der Abrechnung, angestellte werden als selbstverständlich und ersetzbar angesehen, auch nach Jahren wird nur das nötigste, nach Tarif gezahlt.

Suggestions for improvement
Fairere und pünktliche Bezahlung, bessere Kommunikation durch alle Reihen. Mehr EHRLICHKEIT den Angestellten gegenüber. Bessere Arbeitsmaterialien. Und im Büro wäre es auch mal schön, wenn die eine Hand wüsste, was die andere macht. denn auch dort scheint die Kommunikation nicht zu funktionieren. Die Angestellten sollte man auch mal fördern und nicht immer nur fordern!
Faireres Gehalt, bessere Kontrollen bei den monatlichen Lohnabrechnungen und Angestellte nicht als selbstverständlich ansehen.

Was ist dass? hier zählt nur Krüppeln und Überstunden schieben! Natürlich gehen diese ausschließlich auf dass Arbeitszeitkonto und werden NICHT ausbezahlt!!!

Gibt es vielleicht, wenn man im Büro sitzt!?? Aber auch da wechseln die Mitarbeiter in den letzten Monaten sehr schnell. Als normaler Angestellter gibt es gar keine Aufstiegschancen, da ist man nur der kleine Handlanger, der zu funktionieren hat.
