Den gesamten Rest
Kommt man aus dem krank muss man ein Formular ausgefüllen. In dem ua. Eine Frage gestellt wird..." was denken Sie wie sich Ihre Kollegen durch ihren Ausfall und die dadurch entstandenen Mehrarbeiten gefühlt haben"?!
Das ist nur eins der unzähligen Dinge die dort ganz mies laufen.
Schlechte Kommunikation, zu wenig Personal
Keine Rücksicht auf die Leute genommen, Die wirklich Ahnung von ihrem Job haben.
Ich muss pendeln. Arbeit teilweise körperlich anstrengend.
Suggestions for improvement
Die gesamte Leitungseben täte gut daran, woanders ihr Unwesen zu treiben. Dort leben und arbeiten Menschen. Das ist anscheinend in keinster Weise bewusst.
Es fehlt überall Struktur, die Kommunikation muss besser werden. Die Bereiche modernisieren und für angenehme Arbeitsatmosphäre schaffen
