Suggestions for improvement

Ganz eingefahrenes Bild in der Geschäftsführung. Keinerlei Offenheit für neue Herangehensweisen oder Anregungen. Alte Arbeitnehmer werden nicht geschätzt. Weder materiell noch moralisch. Was oft vergessen wird ist das der Laden nicht durch die „tolle“ Führungsebene lebt, sondern durch die Mitarbeiter.
