Es gibt immer wieder neue Herausforderungen, die gemeistert werden müssen. Dadurch lernt man stetig dazu. Darüber hinaus gibt es immer wieder auch Fortbildungen und interne sowie externe Schulungen.
In meiner Zeit konnte ich hier bislang sehr verschiedene Rollen wahrnehmen, was meine Entwicklung wirklich sehr gefördert hat. Wäre in einem großen Unternehmen nie in der Art möglich.

Da die Firma nur klein ist, gibt es hierarchisch nur wenige Optionen, aber fachlich kann man sich sehr breit aufstellen und findet immer offene Ohren, wenn man sich weiterentwickeln möchte.
