It started with a team of five people in May 2019 who started something exciting.

An innovative FinTech Startup with Allianz as a strong mother company in the back.

With our strong, high motivated and ambitious team we have built an outstanding product - called Heymoney

Our Heymoney app is mind blowing when it comes to managing your own financials, contracts and insurances.

You can easily connect all your different bank accounts and get full transparency about your finances just in a few seconds. Besides the overview you also have the ability to transfer your money wherever and whenever you want.

But that is not everything. Managing your contracts has never been so easy – with our features we enable a very simple way to categorize contracts, get an overview of them AND if you wish, we also support you in finding more suitable contracts and cancel the old one for you.

You think it can not be better?

Yes it can, with our Heymoney app you can also safe money. You receive vouchers that are tailored to your preferred stores and thus save money…

OUR NO BRAINER: Data Security is not just a buzzword for us.

Data Security has never been more important than in these days. That is why we set up extreme high standards to make sure that your data is safe at all times.

That is how it works:

We encrypt the data at all times - on the customer's end device, during data transport and in our data center in Germany.

We use two-factor authentication for every login, so that no one but the customer can access their own data

    Pitching yourself is not always easy - but please don't just ratchet your CV down. Often examples of specific projects help to illustrate what know-how and experience has already been gained.

    Questions with honest interest are more than welcome. But please do not research explicitly which questions will go down well in a job interview.

    Finally, one last tip: Be yourself, the most convincing way is authenticy.

  • No matter whether you are a possible permanent employee, a working student or an intern, each of you plays an important role in the success of IconicFiance. For this reason, everyone in our company goes through the following stages*:

    Stage 1: Interview with People & Development: Introduction who we are and what we do, and answering your questions. Furthermore, you have the opportunity to introduce yourself and tell us about your motivation for the role.

    Stage 2: Professional interview with the responsible VP: In the first professional interview, the role and the expected tasks are discussed more in detail. In addition, you will talk to our VP in detail about your experiences so far.

    Stage 3: Professional interview with team members: Not only should it be a match professionally but also personally. For this reason we like to involve the team in the recruiting process. In addition to technical questions, the cultural fit is also examined.

    Final Stage 4: Meet the Team: Here you have the opportunity to get to know other colleagues from other departments, get an idea of our Iconics and clarify any open questions about everyday work.

    Throughout the entire process, our People&Development team is always available to answer your questions.

    *Please be aware: For certain positions, it may happen that a remote challenge on top is scheduled between the first and second professional interview.
