Nach einem Arbeitsunfall mit Kreuzbandriss wurde mir zunächst am Telefon gute Besserung gewünscht – nur um eine Woche später ohne jegliche Vorwarnung per Post gekündigt zu werden. Kein Gespräch, keine Wertschätzung. Zusätzlich gibt es Kollegen, die hinter dem Rücken anderer über sie sprechen, gezielt Unruhe stiften und so das Betriebsklima vergiften. Fachliche Leistung wird hier nicht belohnt, sondern Intrigen.

Mehr Menschlichkeit im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern, insbesondere in Krankheitsfällen. Faire und offene Kommunikation statt plötzlicher Kündigungen ohne Vorabgespräch. Förderung eines respektvollen Miteinanders im Team, um Intrigen und Mobbing zu verhindern.
