Help make second-hand the first choice worldwide

Wer wir sind

On a mission to make second-hand fashion the first choice worldwide

Produkte, Services, Leistungen

Don't wear it? Sell it!

We want to show you just how great second-hand can be. Sell the clothes that have more to give. Shop for items you won’t find in stores. Vinted is open to everyone who believes that good clothes should live long.

Perspektiven für die Zukunft

1 simple idea now unites a community of 37 million.

In 2008, Milda was moving house, but had too many clothes to take with her. Justas offered help and built a website to give away her clothes to friends. Soon enough, the media wanted in, too. The duo knew they were on to something—Vinted was born.

From 2 people to a team of over 600. Today, more than 600 world-class professionals work at Vinted to help the world sell, buy, and swap second-hand wardrobe items. Our team spans countries and cultural backgrounds, just like our members do.

Working across Europe on a global mission.

Vinted’s offices are based in Vilnius, Berlin, Utrecht and Prague. These spots help us operate in 13 markets: Spain, France, Luxembourg, Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Poland, Lithuania, the UK, Italy and the USA.

MitarbeiterThis wouldn’t be possible without our team of over 600 global talents based in our offices in Berlin, Vilnius, Prague and Utrecht.

Für Bewerber

Hilfreiche Informationen zum Bewerbungsprozess bei Vinted.

  • What matters to us when hiring

Our hiring process is designed in a way that allows both sides to get an accurate feeling of each other. When we hire, we’re paying attention to see whether our values are compatible, we’re interested in your general attitude and, of course, skills.

Know-how and experience are important? Definitely important, but there’s always room for flexibility.

  • Join our ever-growing team:

  • How we approach hiring at Vinted?

    - Introduction call. A talk with a Recruiter during which you're told more about Vinted and we learn more about you.

    - Introduction meeting. During this stage you get a chance to meet your potential Team Lead, learn even more about our way of working and the role you're applying for.

    - Homework assignment. A straightforward task to test your skill set and way of thinking.

    - Technical interview. We dive deep into your homework: provide feedback, ask questions to clarify your approach, and depending on the case, offer suggestions on how to modify it.
    - Try-out day. The Try-out is the final stage of the hiring process. It takes 1-2 days. We see it as a perfect way to provide a candidate with a chance to get to know their potential team better, get a good feel of the culture and try themselves out with an actual job task. Afterwards, it’s much easier to make an informed decision for both sides on whether we’re a good fit for each other.

Was Mitarbeiter sagen

Was Mitarbeiter gut finden

nichts . Die wenigen guten Bewertungen halte ich persönlich für den Versuch moderner Dichtung. Aber da mag jeder denken und lesen was er will.

Was Mitarbeiter schlecht finden

Willkürlich Verkäufer sperren ,Verkäufer Sanktionen, wenn er Widerspruch einlegt.
Das der Arbeitgeber keine echte Adresse im Impressum angibt.

Hier herrscht in jede Richtung reine Willkür.
