mann hat die Möglichkeit eine weiterbildung als Pflegefachkraft zu Machen steckt allerdings danch auch gerne im Hamsterrat fest immer wieder mal zu Kleinen Fortbildung hat allerdings danach aufzusteigen wie z.B. WBL, PDL, oder gar Hausleitung.
