An einigen Stellen hätte es aus meiner Sicht nicht geschadet früher mehr Struktur/Prozesse vorzugeben, da sich nicht jeder gleich gut organisieren kann. Dies nachzuziehen ist deutlich aufwändiger, aber vermutlich auch einer der Gründe für meine Beschäftigung.

Habe mich noch nie bei einer Firma so wohl gefühlt. Wenn man direkte, unpolitische Kommunikation und respektvollen Umgang miteinander schätzt, ist man hier richtig. Sollte einmal etwas nicht passen, so kann man dies ansprechen.
