Durch individuelle Zielvereinbarungen das Gehalt erhöhen. Vorschlag meinerseits, 1-2 Monatsgehälter!

Verbesserung ist relativ. Ich persönlich würde gern noch meinen Hund mitbringen. Das ist vermutlich das Einzige was mich abhält hier gleich ganz einzuziehen. ;-)

Büros sind toll ausgestattet
Hier bekommst du modernste Technik fürs Büro und Home Office gestellt sowie ein neues IPhone als Firmenhandy. Und wenn man etwas braucht, dann muss man einfach nur danach fragen. So war zB mein Headset zu groß für mich, ganz selbstverständlich habe ich ein anderes Erhalten was jetzt einwandfrei sitzt.
