Die kurzen Entscheidungswege und dass Dinge einfach schnell umgesetzt werden können. Man bekommt früh Verantwortung und kann eigene Ideen einbringen. Durch das Wachstum gibt es viele unterschiedliche Themen und gute Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten. Außerdem ist die Zusammenarbeit im Team sehr unkompliziert und auf Augenhöhe.
Es gibt große Ziele und jede:r kann dabei helfen, dass diese erreicht werden.

Die zwischenmenschliche, abteilungsübergreifende Verbindung könnte noch aktiv(er) gefördert werden
Wir haben zwar zweimal im Jahr Offsites an wirklich tollen Locations (z. B. Krakau oder Salzburg), was immer super ist. Trotzdem könnten persönliche Treffen im Arbeitsalltag vielleicht noch etwas häufiger stattfinden, da der Großteil der Zusammenarbeit remote läuft.
