Aktuelles Management komplett entlassen und ein vernünftiges Management mit erfahrenen deutschen Managementtalenten wirken lassen, die nicht nur aufs Geld aus sind.
Sich vom Mitläufern trennen, fähige Personen an der Vorgesetzten-Stelle neu zu platzieren
Einfach weiter so............und Mitarbeiter, die ständig nur meckern auch mal die Schranken weisen, desweiteren steht doch jedem ganz klar die Tür auf.
Einstellung/Förderung von qualifiziertem Personal. Mehr und besseres Arbeitsmaterial /Werkzeug.
