Herr Haupt ist sehr fair und kommt einem auch entgegen. Man hat keine scheu ihn nach Änderungen zu fragen.

Suggestions for improvement
Mehr emphatie, vielleicht sollte man sich nicht beschweren, das man zu wenig Personal hat aber dann in Not Situationen andere entlassen
Auf jedenfall den Lohn und die Angestellten ein bisschen wertschätzen + mehr Personal einstellen damit man die Leute auch mal ein bisschen entlasten kann.Denn dieser Laden ist das beste Beispiel dafür warum der EH mittlerweile so unbeliebt ist und keiner mehr drin arbeiten möchte.
Richtige Führungskräfte einstellen.
Weniger Kinder einstellen.
Leistungsgerechtigkeit die sich auch im Lohn widerspiegelt.
Toxische und inkompetente Mitarbeiter müssen viel schneller gekündigt werden.
Inhaber sollte sein Job mal ernst nehmen und auf mehr anwesend sein.
Menschlichkeit lernen.
Es muss alles abgeändert werden helfen würde allerdings schon den Lohn deutlich anpassen und die Mitarbeiter wertschätzen.

Gehalt wird willkürlich festgelegt. Leistungsgerecht bezogen auf den Lohn ist nicht vorhanden. Heute bekommt der Kassierer 14 Euro nächste Woche wieder 12,82. Nur dort einen Job annehmen wenn gerade dringend gesucht wird. Das ist auch Grund warum ich wirklich niemanden empfehlen würde dort zu arbeiten egal für welche Position.
Als Verkäufer bekommt man das gleiche Gehalt das auch die Kolleg*innen an den Kassen bekommen, und das obwohl man um einiges mehr Aufgaben hat und die Kassenkräfte auch schon schlecht Bezahlt werden.
Das Gehalt war ein absoluter Witz grade so über Mindestlohn da hat man mit Bürgergeld mehr und das als gelernter Kaufmann.
Gehalt ist unterdurchschnittlich.
