Künstliches pushen der sehr monotonen Aufgaben.
Viele Mitarbeiter denken sie würden enorm was bewegen… ist leider nicht so.
Suggestions for improvement
Arbeit sollte nicht schön geredet werden. Es sind simple Sachbearbeiter-Tätigkeiten und nicht wie von den meisten Kollegen behauptet, komplexe Fuhrpark-Themen.
Ego der Führungskräfte sollte man in den Griff bekommen.
Soweit es möglich ist, sollten wir eigenständiger agieren, um mehr Raum für Kreativität und Flexibilität zu schaffen. Konzernrichtlinien sind wichtig, können aber in einigen Fällen einschränkend wirken, weshalb mehr Autonomie uns helfen würde, effizienter und agiler zu arbeiten
