As previously stated, PPRO is transitioning into a modern forward-thinking organisation. Although great progress being made, modernising an organisation takes time, which could be expedited with additional budget allocated.
Its incredibly fast paced which wont be for everyone. Lots of projects at the same time, some things getting de-prioritized.

Don't impose strict work rules without openly gathering feedback, despite promoting open feedback culture.
Management in the areas of accounting and tax should be replaced as quickly as possible and the mindset regarding future collaboration with employees should be reconsidered. The change of employees takes place annually and as employees leave, the knowledge in the company also goes away. For me, the company is a fragile structure.

Since many colleagues were replaced and are therefore new and trying to find their way in the chaos, the cohesion among colleagues was very good. All colleagues are very friendly, helpful and supportive. That's the only positive thing I can say about this company
