Meiner Einschätzung nach handelt die neue Schulleitung der Wannsee-Schulen sehr autoritär und zeigt bislang wenig Bereitschaft zum Dialog oder zu modernen Führungsansätzen. Durch die „Bürotür-Taktik“ spricht die Schulleitung immer mit jedem einzeln im Hintergrund, anstatt Teamarbeit zu fördern.
