Die Büroetage hält sich für unfehlbar und lächelt jeden Missstand runter.
Flexible Arbeitszeit ist hier negativ zu betrachten. Man muss oft einspringen weil Kollegen plötzlich krank sind. Ausgleich sucht man vergebens.

An der Personalführung kann definitiv nachgebessert werden, ebenso an Feedbackprozessen, die jedoch nicht nur von oben nach unten geführt werden sollten, sondern genauso für die Führungskräfte, zB in Form von 360 Grad Feedback, eingeführt werden müssten.
