-Zumindest wenn man Familie hat, kann man individuelle Teilzeitmodelle vereinbaren.
-Die Kollegen sind sehr nett.

Suggestions for improvement
Einfach mal mit der Zeit gehen und einsehen, dass sich der Arbeitsmarkt verändert hat. Mittlerweile sind es die Firmen, die auf Arbeiter angewiesen sind und nicht mehr umgekehrt. Sonderzahlungen oder andere Benefits sind heute Standard, doch hier gibt es zu Weihnachten *vielleicht* mal einen 50€-Gutschein. Die vorhandenen Mitarbeiter sind teilweise überfordert und müssen Überstunden leisten, weil die Führungsebene es nicht hinbekommt neue Mitarbeiter anzuwerben, sie tut auch nicht viel dafür, denn die Stellenausschreibungen sind jetzt nicht sonderlich attraktiv. Ich weiß nicht, was die Kollegen verdienen, aber ihrem Reden nach zu urteilen, nicht sonderlich viel. Ich verdiene, trotz erfolgreich abgeschlossener Ausbildung, gerade so über dem Mindestlohn. Sonderzahlungen gibt es nicht. Lohn gibt es erst zum 10., also sehr sehr spät.
