Employees at this company especially notice the following factors: Work with enthusiasm and joy and Helpful colleagues.
The following benefits were most frequently mentioned in the 34 employee reviews.
There are some truly fantastic and dedicated people at the company who make the experience worthwhile. Unfortunately, many of them have had to leave due to the uncomfortable environment and the lack of growth and progression opportunities.
The working equipment provided and phone contract
A few kind and genuine employees
My experience at Enmacc has been incredibly positive. From day one, I was welcomed into a supportive and friendly environment, which made the onboarding process much smoother.
As a dynamic workplace, Enmacc gave me the opportunity to connect with people from different departments, making my experience even more enriching. The internship program was well-structured from the beginning, with plenty of resources to help me understand the company’s work methods. Despite working on a standalone project, I felt integrated into the ...
• Some colleagues are highly professional and genuinely supportive.
• Flexible work arrangements are theoretically possible, which can help with work-life balance.
very professional, a lot of empowerment, they give you all the instruments to work great!
More humane HR team and People Directors. The HR team is cold and not employee oriented. Just business focused.
Leadership team also needs to be more humane.
Fair salaries, they are relatively low for Munich and only favourites of the leaders or HR get promoted or high salaries. Also people who speak louder or are more extrovert get benefits when all types of people and backgrounds should be considered.
Just not a nice environment. Friendship focused, can feel like school ...
All the real reviews have been deleted. The environment has a corporate mindset with a highschool setup. People are cold, they don’t care about employees, nice to new ones, cold to older ones.
If you are interviewing to join, don’t. It is not a healthy environment at all.
Friendships/closeness to higher ups, being loud and visibility in the company trumps merit.
• Disorganised workflows and sudden changes in priorities.
• Favouritism and nepotism affecting opportunities, recognition, and career progression.
• Performance reviews that feel subjective and disconnected from actual contributions.
• Hybrid model that favours employees who are regularly in the office.
• Professional conduct issues not addressed adequately, even when reported.
• Selective deletion of reviews that contain valid but critical feedback.
Overall, the work environment is very toxic and rife with nepotism. To receive promotions or be appreciated, you need to be friends with the original founding team. It doesn’t matter how hard you work—if they don’t like you, you will never get a salary increase or promotion.
The management is very close-minded and toxic. They retain inefficient employees simply because they like them and even promote them. Additionally, they refuse to take responsibility for their faults. Even when receiving low ...
There are many areas at the company that urgently need improvement.
• Recognition of hard work: While a few managers do this well, most tend to recognise only their favourites or those who seek visibility. Many employees’ contributions go unnoticed and are rarely met with a simple “thank you” or “well done.” Leadership should actively acknowledge both small wins and major achievements, as well as mistakes that lead to valuable learning. A true culture of appreciation needs to be developed.
...
• Apply rules and processes consistently to all employees, regardless of personal relationships.
• Increase transparency in decision-making, promotions, and performance reviews.
• Address micromanagement tendencies and give employees more autonomy.
• Ensure hybrid work is truly equal in practice, not just in policy.
• Strengthen professional conduct standards and ensure HR follows through on reported issues.
• Allow all employee feedback — positive and negative — to remain visible so external perception matches internal reality.
All the previous negative reviews that have been deleted are true, toxic environment, highschool like culture, no trust from leadership to the teams, women are not treated nicely or respected, the list goes on.
I would not recommend.
It is a really nice environment with a lot of international people from around the world. It felt like working with friends in the office and did not feel excluded especially on my first day.
The onboarding process went really well with HR, she was also my recruiter during the hiring and organised a fancy breakfast for us together with the HR onboarding plus it setup. My team took over after, welcomed me and a team lunch was organised for ...
The highest rated factor of Enmacc is Working atmosphere with 3.9 points (based on 9 reviews).
very collaborative team, good engineers
I think this is one of the greatest assets. Friendly and approachable people. Good working atmosphere where collaboration is encouraged
Fun, engaged and caring work environment. Colleagues take their time to engage with each other and welcome new members to the team
People here are just incredible to work with.
Very supportive, motivated and proactive colleagues, always ready to help.
Nerf guns, memes, kind pranks, poker events and much more make it also really fun.
The lowest rated factor of Enmacc is Environmental and social responsibility with 3.4 points (based on 5 reviews).
Standards of professional conduct are not always upheld, and raising issues through official channels does not consistently lead to change.
I would not say that we think about it much.
Career/Professional development is rated with an average of 3.7 points (based on 6 reviews).
• Recognition of good work sometimes depends more on personal connections than on results.
• Performance evaluations can feel subjective and not always aligned with actual contributions.
company takes care of individuals carrier path, provides support
It's a growing startup, so there's a lot of space for growth. You have to work for it for sure, but rising to the occasion and giving your best will help you build a great career here.
Keine klassische Karriere wie in einem großen Unternehmen, wo alles nach Plan läuft. Aber man kann sich super weitrentwickeln.
Budget for conferences and other trainings.
