Schwankt, aber man gibt sich Mühe
Allgemein transparente Kommunikation. Man hat nicht den Eindruck, dass wichtige unternehmerische Entscheidungen an den Mitarbeitern vorbei "hinter verschlossenen Türen" getroffen werden.
Wir haben verschiedene Meetings, darunter das Agenturübliche Montagsmeeting, verschiedene Team-Meetings und auch bald wieder reale Team-Abende
