People matter the most
As the saying goes, "We are only as good as the company we keep." Every single member at Egoditor contributes to our overall success, we provide an environment that encourages everyone to realize their own potential.
We are here to grow
Our philosophy is to achieve success through growth. We make progress by fostering personal development and continue to be curious, open-minded and always eager to learn.
A great city
Our office is based in Bielefeld, a major German city with about 360k inhabitants. Cosy cafés, restaurants and even a rooftop beach bar are just some of things you can enjoy in the city center. If small towns are too lame for you and big cities make you feel lost, you'll love Bielefeld.
Dynamic workplace
We keep moving and do not stick to rigid concepts that were once planned in the past. We quickly notice when something is not working, take small steps in the right direction, and celebrate our milestones.
An individual onboarding experience
Each new team member starts with a different experience, so an individual onboarding is even more important. We take the time to make a perfect start with training, including a welcome pizza for lunch!
Communication is key
Great products result from an encouraging and open working atmosphere, so we give everyone a voice to share their thoughts and suggestions to push our products to the next level. We are open to constructive discussions and take the time for regular feedback meetings with everyone.
Flat hierarchy
A short decision-making process and direct communication are what makes up our flat hierarchy. We meet at eye level, whether you’re a trainee or at senior level. We are all interested in YOU.
Fun at work
Leisure rooms with table tennis, video games, Netflix and a fully furnished kitchen make it a tough choice where to spend your time during your break or after work.
Global thinking
We believe in mobility, diversity and mutual understanding as a source of inspiration and growth. We are truly an international team, helping customers from around the world and keeping each other on our toes with our cultural quirks.
