Fully remote company with a flexible schedule that truly focuses on outcomes rather than hours logged. There’s a strong feedback culture and genuinely great people to work with. Projects are planned realistically, taking individual capacity into account, and your input is always considered when defining scope and timelines.
Es wird einem vertraut, dass die Arbeit erledigt wird. Man wird nicht kontrolliert, man darf sich seine Zeiten einteilen wie man möchte. Home Office ist kein Problem (Da remote Firma). Für einen flexiblen Lifestyle und eine gesunde Work-Life-Balance perfekt.
I had a very positive experience at WorkMotion. The team is international, supportive, and open-minded. I learned a lot and appreciated the good atmosphere. The company encourages growth, ownership, and teamwork. Workload is very fluctuant, it's a start-up of course, but it can get very high at times
While this fast-past work environment fits with my personal needs and interests, this might not be the case for People who are rather used to corporate Sales organizations or who need a slower environment to feel comfortable.
Sometimes, overall company targets seem a bit far-fetched, although the targets set for the Sales team are usually realistic and achievable.
Some more benefits would be good and mgmt communication could be even more transparent
The company moves fast and sometimes I don't have time for self-development. It's really delivery-focused at times.
I'd like to have more social gatherings, although I recognize that the current pandemic situation makes it harder to implement.

Probably give in to going bankrupt or just sell to one of the competitors who were clearly better at building a functioning network and systems.
Mehr Benefits. Es wird stets versucht, allen Niederlassungen in etwa die gleichen Benefits zu geben. Das ist einerseits natürlich super - jedoch halten sich die Anzahl dieser dadurch in Grenzen.
Keep improving the quality of senior management and leadership
Management has learned a lot over the last 2 years and the company is going in the right direction. The atmosphere in the company is great. Please keep it like this!
I believe the company could benefit from more experienced professionals in key positions to complement the existing talents.

I've met great people who were my colleagues at WorkMotion. But in interdepartmental work, people seems lackluster and unbothered.
Jeder hilft hier jedem. Egal ob man Hilfe bei Aufgaben, ein offenes Ohr oder anderen Support braucht.
The teams are very diverse with a nice distribution among genders and nationalities. Everybody shares similar values, and it's a pleasure to work with everyone. While the remote setting can be challenging and times when building connections with colleagues I was able to build lots of friendships throughout my time. The company also organizes yearly company events where we get together and spend time in person
Never worked at a company before where there is so much collaboration and genuine team spirit like WorkMotion
Trotz Arbeiten mit z.T. großer Distanz ist ein gutes Team-Gefühl vorhanden, dass bei regelmäßigen (Online)-Events gestärkt wird.

They paid badly but on top also took away a benefit in the beginning of 2023. It was never replace by anything.
Adequate, but would love some more benefits which I'd get in other jobs
