The company is facing serious cash issues. A significant amount of money has been spent on hiring new employees, leading to higher employee costs compared to the revenue level. I had a great experience with my primary team. They were some of the best and most intelligent minds I’ve worked with. We shared amazing moments that I’ll always cherish, including great offsite events and lots of fun. With the other teams and external agencies after that, it wasn’t as great. The environment became tense, focused solely on work, and frequent organizational changes didn’t help improve the situation

Das Team ist fantastisch. Trotz dass Teams/Abteilungen global verteilt sind und sich unter Umständen nur 1-2 mal im Jahr persönlich sehen , ist der Zusammenhalt toll. Dies habe ich vorher in noch keinem globalen Unternehmen so stark und positiv wahrnehmen können.

Communication within in the team is great. But don’t get me started on communication with management.
Gossip works really well and I think the management is not aware how well it works. News are spreading like wildfire. When management announces news it is not really news any more. Also management keeps telling lies about how well everything is going when the numbers are in fact telling a different story. Every time we are being told sales numbers are going up ...
Transparency is non-existent. Important information—like salary delays—come at the very last moment, if at all.
Employees have to rely on incomplete information and guesses because management is unclear and avoids taking responsibility.
Top down communication and transparency is missing. Important decisions are not communicated or only minutes before.
There is no communication anymore and when there is communication, people look down on you arrogantly
Hier sehe ich einen großen Verbesserungsbedarf. Oft erfahren die Mitarbeiter Neuigkeiten erst, nachdem sie bereits über eine Pressemitteilung oder ein Interview an die Öffentlichkeit gelangt sind. Außerdem kann man nicht erst einen Erfolg feiern und dann wenige Minuten später beiläufig die Nachricht verkünden, dass alle in der Probezeit entlassen werden.

Wenn dein Chef dir sagt, dass du Glück hast, überhaupt noch einen Job bei 1NCE zu haben, weil es schwer war, deine Position zu halten, während andere gehen mussten – dann spricht das Bände.
Es gibt hier keine echte Karriereentwicklung, da das Management offensichtlich der Meinung ist, dass es genug Mitarbeiter gibt, die man loswerden kann, ohne in einen rechtlichen Streit zu geraten – einfach, indem man den Druck auf sie erhöht.
Vielleicht ändert sich das im nächsten Jahr, aber ...

If you get along with your boss you will make it. If you stay close to Management and keep them happy it is not so much about talent and you will make it even further.
