Was Mitarbeitende sagen
Was Mitarbeitende gut finden
Going the american way of investment and trying to unleash the IoT world globally, finally!! As this will only work with aggressive pricing in the first place, the 2nd Business Model will deliver suistainable growth. It is definely worth to invest into 1nce!
VSOPs for employees.
Unfortunately, all the good things are gone and with 48% of the workforce gone, it's not nice
Flexible working hours and the option to work from home or the office provide valuable flexibility. The office is well-equipped with quality business equipment. Benefits are good when the company is financially stable, although there have been some challenges recently.
The brand recognition that we have built. The fast pace, the opportunity to grow beyond, and the freedom to get your work done and be part of something!
Was Mitarbeitende schlecht finden
This company is a classic example of how poor leadership can destroy what could have been a promising workplace. The few remaining positives—like trust-based hours and decent equipment—are not enough to make up for the deeper issues. Those who stay do so out of convenience, not loyalty. The company might still function, but it’s running on borrowed time.
Pay and treat the people that shaped and made the company fair and equal. Stop cutting at the bottom where work is done, cut at the top. Get a red line into the path of management with less decision makers and a clear path on how to get cash positive.
Firing employees during their probation period, with some not even having worked a full month, was such a terrible thing to do
Fighting culture against former Investors and Operators. Never bite the hand that feeds you...
Everything good about the employer disappeared a year ago and then continued to bleed out
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Invest in your employees. 26 days of vacation is the bare minimum and stop arguing that only because some people don’t use all of their vacation days that it is not necessary to increase vacation days.
Start working on the basic structure - management tried building a house starting with the roof and is wondering now why it’s not standing. Rethink your sales structure, negotiate your contracts with vendors better and stop blaming third parties for your own mistakes.

Improvements in company performance could be achieved with changes in top management. Currently, leadership appears to struggle with providing clear direction and effective results. Additionally, the high number of managerial roles within teams may not be necessary and could strain financial resources.
Timely salary payments are essential, and delays attributed to “start-up” challenges are not sustainable over the long term.
There is, of course, always room to get things better. Changing step by step from a rapid growth startup into a more structured business, building processes, and changing the organization, team, and priorities is never easy. But its part of the startup life. So keep working on it and dont stop moving and we will be good!
Proper planning is key: grow slowly but consistently, reasonably, and sustainably. Frequent salary reviews are important, and don’t toy with people’s lives.
Bester und schlechtester Faktor
Am besten bewertet: Kollegenzusammenhalt
Der am besten bewertete Faktor von 1NCE ist Kollegenzusammenhalt mit 3,6 Punkten (basierend auf 22 Bewertungen).
A lot of people consider "being like a family" as something negative. I personally dont. I know I can trust my peers. I know everyone is pulling in the same direction, and working together is key to success. The success of 1NCE has shown that it works.
Of course, as it's usual in high-performing Startups, you will find a higher degree of individual contributors as everyone is an absolute expert in their own field - but no one will ever ...
I had a great experience with my primary team. They were some of the best and most intelligent minds I’ve worked with. We shared amazing moments that I’ll always cherish, including great offsite events and lots of fun. With the other teams and external agencies after that, it wasn’t as great. The environment became tense, focused solely on work, and frequent organizational changes didn’t help improve the situation
The management structure is quite hierarchical, with clear distinctions between managers and other employees. This can create pressure to comply fully with managers’ requests, including working overtime, sometimes at the expense of personal well-being. I believe a more balanced approach that respects employees’ health and encourages open communication would benefit the workplace culture.
Am schlechtesten bewertet: Kommunikation
Der am schlechtesten bewertete Faktor von 1NCE ist Kommunikation mit 2,2 Punkten (basierend auf 22 Bewertungen).
Communication within in the team is great. But don’t get me started on communication with management.
Gossip works really well and I think the management is not aware how well it works. News are spreading like wildfire. When management announces news it is not really news any more. Also management keeps telling lies about how well everything is going when the numbers are in fact telling a different story. Every time we are being told sales numbers are going up ...
Transparency is non-existent. Important information—like salary delays—come at the very last moment, if at all.
Employees have to rely on incomplete information and guesses because management is unclear and avoids taking responsibility.
Communication Iteration is ok, but the how is a big question. One CEO misses to have the right feeling when it is time to stop storytelling.
Top down communication and transparency is missing. Important decisions are not communicated or only minutes before.
There is no communication anymore and when there is communication, people look down on you arrogantly

There are opportunities to develop professional skills; however, salary increases do not necessarily follow. Additionally, funded training programs appear to be primarily accessible to a select group within the company.
The company offered exposure to a lot of dynamic projects, which provided some career growth. However, there were no special programs, so you had to figure out your career path on your own and train yourself
1NCE has given me tremendous and massive personal growth! I have learned more working for 1NCE than I would have been able to learn in nearly any other environment.
At 1NCE you learn for life!
If you get along with your boss you will make it. If you stay close to Management and keep them happy it is not so much about talent and you will make it even further.
