- Remove (not replace) two thirds of mid-management.
- Be bold and fire those that are unable to deliver.
- Hire competent people (not just those that are friendly, good looking or entertaining - or relatives of other Daimler employees) for all positions. Hiring is one of the most important things, but that's already where car2go fails.
The product has a lot of potential and some colleges are really nice, but everything else a disaster.
