Sie wollen wider aufsteigen und machen viel nur wenn sich welche Quer stellen oder dagegen Arbeiten bringt das alles nix.

Die Bezahlung . Aber das ist in den Beruf überall so. Diskriminierung Kollegen gegenüber wegen der Herkunft da hapert es an der ein oder anderen Stelle noch . Ohne diese Leute komme denk ich kein Haus mehr aus .
Bitte erst denken und dann handeln und alle gleich behalten sie haben auch eine Ausbildung gemacht genau so wie du und ich sogar manchmal noch viel mehr und das muss gewürdigt werden. Ich Arbeite gerne da sehr gerne.

Alteingesessene Mitarbeiter kündigen wegen dem Verhalten gegenüber den neuen Mitarbeitern aber auch den Leistungskräften
Personalmangel hin oder her wer nicht mitziehen will muss/sollte gehen.
