- In order to be a good IT company you have to praise the Techs! Define communication processes among Techs departments and non-Tech ones. Be transparent and let people know about their future. Be closer to the employees and talk more to them: why they are demotivated? why they get sick too often? why they are looking for other jobs? why they have bad image about the company? Learn about the notion: employee retention! why is it easy for net-m to lose experienced employees?
