We appreciate good preparation, which can give you the edge over other applicants.

    At the same time, we recommend that you prepare for various questions about yourself - not only about your experience, but also about your motivation, your strengths and your wishes for your professional future.

    3. If both you and we are interested in moving forward, you will be invited to a face-to-face interview or a video interview with the team leader, often attended by a member of the team.

    4. Our interview process consists of 3-4 steps in total - always depending on the specific position, of course.

Was Mitarbeiter schlecht finden

Management is promoting everyone, like literally everyone. Someone who graduated 6 month ago from university works for couple of months and becomes a "senior".
Same management is giving "manager", "head" roles to people who are not capable of doing such responsibility. The only parameter they are relying is that, this person was there since the beginning.
There are bunch of people who are doing very less work or even no work and there is a terrible "performance review" system that ...
Adverity is growing incredibly fast and that brings growth pain with it. There is still a lack of coordination here and there. Unfortunately, I also didn't fit in, which I found a shame. This quickly leads to exclusion, which has nothing to do with Adverity but with colleagues. But you never know that in advance.

Man sollte bei den Grundbausteinen anfangen. Senior Management sollte lernen ein Unternehmen zu führen, bevor weitere Investitionen zum Fenster herausgeworfen werden.
Viele Kollegen wurden auf unmoralische Arte und Weise entlassen. Das hat Spuren bei den restlichen Teams entlassen.
Im Mai wurden alle Mitarbeiter zu einem Offisite nach Österreich eingeladen. 4 Wochen später startete die Entlassungswelle. Bis dahin wurde auch noch weiter Personal eingestellt. Zeigt leider, dass die vorherigen Investitionen in Adverity sinnlos ausgegeben wurden und man die globale wirtschaftliche Situation ...

Persönlichkeitsentwicklung steht hier in starkem Kontrast zur Weiterbildung der Fähigkeiten. Generell gibt es kein zusätzliches Angebot, sich weiterzubilden. Jedoch wird auch viel während des Jobs gelernt (irgendwann sind diese Möglichkeiten aber auch erschöpft).
