Enorm hoher Druck auf Kosten in den unteren Ebenen, während in anderen Bereichen Geld mit vollen Händen ausgegeben wird.
Immer wieder "verschwinden" Kollegen ohne Vorwarnung.
Sehr hohe Fluktuation in diversen Abteilungen.
Das Executive Board, die höchste Unternehmensleitung, ist schwach aufgestellt und gibt kein klares Bild ab und die Kommunikation untereinander funktioniert offensichtlich nicht. Wenn man sie auf Infoveranstaltungen hört, bekommt man das Gefühl, dass sie den Kontakt zum unternehmen vollkommen verloren haben.
In den Ebenen darunter kommt es sehr stark auf den Bereich an, in dem man arbeitet. Es gibt wirklich gute Führungskräfte, welche versuchen, das Richtige zu tun und Widerstände zu überwinden. Dann gibt es aber auch Führungskräfte denen Gespür für die Belegschaft fehlt oder welche, die sich wegducken und möglichst wenig Angriffsfläche bieten wollen, obwohl sie es besser wüssten.
