Investiert dringend in ein zeitgemäßes CRM-System, stellt den Monteuren anständiges Werkzeug und überarbeitet die Tourenplanung in Berlin grundlegend. Hört auf, Reklamationen auszusitzen oder das Chaos auf dem Rücken der Mitarbeiter und Stammkunden auszutragen, bis diese nur noch den Ausweg über den Rechtsanwalt sehen.
