Unfortunately low appreciation which cause a lot of leavers.
Very unprofessional & old leads. They started with nolte&lauth and became leads over the years. Not able to manage teams. Very much into politics.
Don't look for something like this at nolte&lauth
A lot of innovations & changes, but also a lot of trials and errors which link to a huge unnecessary workload with (too) short deadlines.
